Responsibilities
Serve as the in-house subject matter expert on automotive dealership operations, retail sales, and marketing
Support client engagements by providing insights on dealership strategy, network operations, and go-to-market planning
Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and risks
Develop actionable recommendations for OEMs, dealers, and mobility partners to improve sales and marketing outcomes
Participate in workshops, client presentations, and strategy sessions; explain complex retail concepts clearly to executives and client teams
Collaborate with internal consultants, analysts, and leadership to deliver high-impact recommendations
Track emerging trends in automotive retail, digital sales platforms, and customer experience innovations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in automotive dealership sales, marketing, or retail operations
Deep understanding of dealership networks, OEM-dealer relationships, and automotive sales strategy
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable engaging with senior executives and influencing recommendations
Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative attitude
Preferred
Experience in consulting or advisory work preferred, but not required if you have proven operational expertise
Experience with EV or emerging mobility sales channels
Familiarity with dealership digital tools, CRM systems, or retail analytics platforms
Exposure to innovation programs, pilot launches, or platform-based mobility models
