Responsibilities
Diagnose business challenges by identifying trends and performing root cause analysis to understand what’s really happening behind the data
Synthesize findings into concise written summaries that explain the “so what,” recommended actions and expected impact
Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to design analyses that inform business decisions
Contribute to high-visibility initiatives that influence company strategy, customer experience and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in an analytical or business insights role
Strong communicator able to present data-driven narratives to executives
Proficient in SQL and Excel with the demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis
Preferred
