Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of properties, including general ledger activity and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate property-level financials and assist with month-end and year-end close
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Partner with development, property management, and asset management teams to support active projects
Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Support annual audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1+ years of accounting experience (real estate or property accounting a plus)
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Strong Excel skills; experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar systems preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment
