Responsibilities
Serves as a senior level Service Operations technician
Works with customers and / or fellow team members to analyze complex problems and perform detailed needs assessments
Performs advanced level service on various products, including safes / chests, vaults, safe deposit boxes, after-hours depository, mechanical and electronic locks, multivendor VAT systems, etc
Provides technical guidance to help others resolve issues and determine the root cause, helping insure non-recurrence
Leads by example with service call prioritization, call handling, call closure procedures and parts management
Recommends and helps implement service and process improvement procedures
Qualification
Required
Education or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Operations Security
Good business English skills (Written and spoken)
