Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage reserve funds
Review monthly financial statements and ensure accurate reporting
Facilitate condo board meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
Ensure compliance with condo bylaws and local regulations
Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs with vendors
Monitor building systems and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
Respond to owner inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Manage paperwork, filings, and communication with residents
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Solid financial knowledge and analytical ability
Comfortable with deadlines and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Recent graduate in business, finance, real estate, or related field
Interested in learning property management from the ground up
Passionate about improving systems and processes
Ability to attend evening meetings with boards and residents as needed
Valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Must reside within a 30-minute radius of Worcester, MA
Language Skills: Read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents; and respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
Computer Skills: Exhibit proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Office Products, some Adobe Products, and cloud-based file management
