Sr. Lease Administrator
Kalos Consulting is a well-established commercial retail brokerage in the Mississippi Gulf Coast area, seeking a Lead / Senior Lease Administrator to manage a growing portfolio of retail leases. The role involves monthly reporting, CAM reconciliations, and direct client support while also supervising and mentoring an existing lease administration team.
Responsibilities
Manage a growing portfolio of retail leases with a strong focus on small retail and franchise properties
Responsible for monthly reporting, CAM reconciliations, portfolio management, and direct client support
Abstract and track rent schedules, escalations, renewals, options, and critical dates while delivering timely and accurate monthly reporting to clients
Serve as a primary client contact with prompt, professional responsiveness
Handle escalated lease administration and reconciliation matters
Supervise and mentor an existing lease administration team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in retail lease administration
Strong CAM reconciliation and expense audit experience
Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Highly organized and process driven along with exceptional attention to detail and deadline management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in remote or hybrid work environments
