Responsibilities
You will provide excellent customer service by monitoring the main office phone line, monitoring group mailboxes and fax inbox, manage temporary badge assignments, ordering supplies, booking travel and welcoming/accompanying office visitors
You will support our Relationship Managers by processing incoming and outgoing mail, record keeping, maintenance and updates to systems, some fee coordination, resolving administrative and operations problems, vaulting of assets, logging incoming checks, scanning and saving documentation to FileNet and facilitating postage
You will assist with other one-time and ongoing projects as needed, and you will have opportunities to serve on committees that engage the group and support business needs
Qualification
Required
High school degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of relevant experience
