Responsibilities
Handle web analytics requests ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable data insights to support cross-functional initiatives
Conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing, including test design, pre- and post-test analysis, evaluation, test result interpretation, and future test iteration for e-commerce websites
Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Looker, and other BI platforms
Performing analytics implementation and quality assurance, including Adobe tracking label design, analytics validation, and troubleshooting
Analyzing trends from combined data sources including Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), MicroStrategy, Snowflake, Decibel and Google Search Console and identifying opportunities through benchmarking, forecasting, and in-depth analysis using statistical methods
Performing campaign analysis, ad-hoc analysis, and independent research to uncover insights that support strategic business objectives
Utilizing Python and advanced Excel in executing job duties
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in any field or equivalent
Three (3) years of experience translating complex business requirements into analytical questions and developing actionable, data-driven approaches and solutions
Conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing, including test design, pre- and post-test analysis, evaluation, test result interpretation, and future test iteration for e-commerce websites
Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Looker, and other BI platforms
