Qualification
Required
Texas Bar (or waiver-eligible)
1–4 years tax experience (juniors primary; 5+ for mid/senior)
Strong academics + BigLaw/large regional or sophisticated boutique training

Self-starter, low-maintenance, comfortable with in-office culture
