This role focuses on ensuring reliable delivery and operation of quantum computers, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting product development efforts for industrial-grade platforms.

Responsibilities
Translate high-level product goals and technical roadmap into executable plans, milestones, and dependencies
Track risks, schedules, and cross-team deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes
Act as the program coordination point for customer co-design and onboarding efforts
Ensure customer expectations, constraints, and feedback are clearly communicated and tracked
Support technical teams by managing structure, timelines, and communication
Act as the program coordination point for integration activities, including alignment efforts and end-to-end tests
Collect and synthesize requirements from integration partners and stakeholders, spanning functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. API payload vs API security)
Align timelines, requirements and dependencies, with awareness of product, business and operational constraints
Track progress and support documentation efforts
Support reporting efforts for external stakeholders (e.g. NEDO program management)
Contribute to QuEra’s readiness for scaling gate-based quantum computing beyond Gemini, including operational and organizational considerations
Qualification
Required
Engineering background (e.g., semiconductor, systems engineering, advanced computing infrastructure)
Experience in technical program management, system delivery, or execution of complex technical products
Strong ability to coordinate across multiple teams and external stakeholders
Comfort in customer-facing, execution-oriented roles
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with on-premise deployments and security/network-constrained environments
Exposure to quantum computing, HPC, or advanced computing platforms
Experience working with government, national lab, or research customers
Demonstrated ability to learn new technical domains quickly
