Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience working for a staffing/recruiting agency or 3+ years in a sales-oriented customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, customer success, inside sales)
Performance-Driven Role: This is a sales-focused position with a strong emphasis on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive success
Exceptional communication skills
Highly driven, self-motivated, and task oriented
A strong ability to stay organized and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
