They are seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to manage the backend of their communications platform and oversee campaign execution within their mobile app. The role involves building workflows, managing data, and ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities
Own the backend of our communications platform, setting up, executing, and monitoring campaigns
Transition into managing campaigns within our mobile app backend as the product evolves
Run campaigns end-to-end, including hands-on execution (user messaging, QA, audits)
Audit spreadsheets, data, and workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency
Build and maintain systems, processes, and documentation that help the team operate efficiently
Create tools and checks to support and scale an auditing function
Communicate with clients as needed to clarify requirements, timelines, or updates
Proactively flag issues and continuously improve campaign operations
Qualification
Required
Exceptionally organized with extreme attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable working across dashboards, platforms, and backend tools
Able to work heads-down for extended periods, executing and reviewing detailed work
Comfortable with manual or repetitive tasks when precision matters
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and dependable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Preferred
Experience using Notion
Familiarity with Lovable
Interest in learning and experimenting with AI tools
Background in campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, CRM tools, or messaging platforms
Experience building internal systems, SOPs, or QA processes
