Support a special business integration project within Merchandising Footwear & Apparel
Building, refining, and maintaining the Airtable Merchandising Homepage
Transforming it into a trusted source of truth for key dates, gates, and workflows
Drive clarity, visibility, and operational excellence across CODE milestones, cross-functional workflows, and key merchandising processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in Merch Ops, Marketing Ops, or Business Operations
Expert-level Airtable capability — building, structuring, inputting, and maintaining
Strong understanding of merchandising processes and their relationship to other business functions
Experience refining and documenting processes
Preferred
Experience with line planning and MAR (sending invites, managing invite lists)
Prior experience in merchandising
Proven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and self-directed environment
