Product Manager
Responsibilities
Own defined product areas such as:
Broker quoting and onboarding workflows
AI underwriting and decision support tools
Plan configuration and pricing features
Claims workflows and visibility
TPA, carrier, and partner integrations
Reporting dashboards and analytics
Contribute to product roadmap development and maintain clear priorities aligned with business goals
Translate strategy into well-defined initiatives, epics, and features
Develop deep understanding of broker, employer, and partner workflows
Gather feedback through customer interviews, demos, support tickets, and usage data
Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform product decisions
Advocate for the customer while balancing business and operational needs
Write clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
Partner daily with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives)
Ensure launched features meet quality standards and deliver expected outcomes
Define and track product success metrics (e.g., adoption, conversion, cycle time, retention)
Analyze performance data and use insights to drive continuous improvement
Support reporting of business results through dashboards and analytics tools
Clearly communicate product impact to leadership and stakeholders
Work closely with Sales and Growth teams to support go-to-market initiatives
Partner with Operations and Compliance to ensure products meet regulatory and operational requirements
Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to address real-world usage issues
Serve as the central point of coordination for assigned product initiatives
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience in product management or related roles
Experience working on technology products in SaaS, fintech, insurtech, healthtech, or regulated environments
Professional/work experience with multiple AI tools (with emphasis on Replit, Lovable, v0.dev, Cursor, and/or other similar AI tools)
Demonstrated experience launching features or products in a real-world production environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience working with engineering teams
Ability to write clear product requirements and translate business needs into technical deliverables
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience in insurance, healthcare benefits, claims systems, or underwriting platforms
Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and platform products
Experience working with AI-driven or data-driven products
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics platforms, or BI dashboards
