$31/hr - $33/hrCONFLUX SYSTEMS is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage preventative maintenance and system updates. This role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely execution and compliance with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities
Manage all preventative maintenance and mandatory update activities per contractual requirements and due dates
Coordinate end-to-end scheduling by responding to inbound customer requests and initiating outbound communications
Track engagement milestones, identify risks, and take corrective actions to ensure on-time completion
Proactively manage customer dependencies such as room readiness and access for maintenance
Adjust schedules and priorities in response to changing business or customer needs
Prepare and deliver regular status reports by researching, documenting, and presenting progress and action items
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including service, finance, quality, regulatory, and customer operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven ability to manage semi-complex to complex projects and identify critical paths
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret less-defined requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to work independently while coordinating with global, cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred
Working knowledge of SAP (preferred, not required)
