Responsibilities

Supporting external sales team with ongoing business development, client service and communication with prospects and clients
Identifying potential sales opportunities and target clients
Managing inquiries that are received via the team’s general mailboxes or hotlines
Developing knowledge of Golub Capital’s product offerings, systems and processes to support and service client relationships
Updating pipeline information and managing client / prospect relationship information in the Firm’s CRM
Collaborating with senior members of the Direct Lending Team, Product Specialists, Compliance and Operations to organize client meetings and coordinate presentation material content
Summarizing client and prospect meetings to be documented in the CRM
Preparing and reviewing meeting preparation for external sales team

Required

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in sales support or client service at a buy-side firm
Experience with RIA and high net worth individual sales channels is a plus
Experience working within a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, problem solve and adapt to changing priorities
Client-centric approach, dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences and solutions
Ability to work in a team-oriented sales environment where sharing information and collaboration is essential for success
Ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Series 7 and Series 63
Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture
