Manage day-to-day air export operations from booking to final departure
Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams
Prepare and review export documentation, tracking, and milestone updates
Resolve shipment issues and ensure smooth, on-time cargo movement
Maintain compliance with export regulations and company procedures
Qualification
Required
1+ years experience in international freight forwarding
Hands-on A–Z air export experience
Familiarity with CargoWise
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
