ITARMI is seeking a Freelance Field IT Technician to support an on-site Webex Calling cutover and desk phone deployment. This role involves physical installation, activation, and validation of devices in a hands-on, field-based assignment.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site replacement of legacy desk phones

Physically install and connect new Cisco desk phones

Enter activation codes and register devices

Validate extensions and basic calling functionality

Prioritize and verify critical phones

Escalate provisioning or configuration issues to Voice Engineering

Follow a defined, step-by-step deployment process

Required
