Corporate Relations Manager

Community Food Share is seeking a visionary Corporate Relations Manager to lead transformative fundraising efforts that empower communities and combat food insecurity. This role focuses on developing comprehensive fundraising strategies and building strategic alliances with corporate partners to secure vital financial support.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement corporate fundraising plans, collaborating with senior leadership on strategy and budget development, ensuring revenue goals are met
Serve as the primary contact for corporate partners, managing a portfolio that includes prospecting, engagement, stewardship, and recognition, while aligning CSR goals with organizational objectives
Lead the identification, securing, and management of corporate sponsorships for special events, ensuring fulfillment of sponsor benefits and delivering results back to sponsors
Lead the growth and management of the corporate promotions program, focused on expansion, increasing visibility, and generating new revenue streams
Manage and grow workplace giving and matching gift programs, engaging corporate employees and presenting partnership opportunities
Work closely with the Annual Fund Manager and senior leadership to create a cohesive fundraising strategy, coordinating corporate contributions within broader organizational fundraising efforts
Provide strategic oversight and ensure alignment of community engagement activities with broader corporate partnership goals
Promotes collaboration and communication among all Community Food Share staff to ensure successful program implementation and ongoing program support
Considers the benefits and consequences to their peer team when taking action, openly shares ideas and information with others, effectively completes work activities with and through others, helps others achieve goals, and complete work to meet the needs of the team and the organization
Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the organization
Participates in strategic planning within department in alignment with organizational goals
Ensures own work is accurate and timely and operates with a culture of accountability while maintaining customer service to donors, participants, volunteers, and other stakeholders — external and internal — as a priority
Travel locally in the service area may be required, as well as occasional overnight travel out of the area for events and conferences
May attend offsite events as directed

Required

Minimum 3 years of direct fundraising experience with an emphasis on corporate gifts, partnership management, fundraising or a related field or coursework specific to non-profit development
Established success as a fundraiser and nonprofit leader
Proven ability to effectively manage and grow a robust portfolio of corporate donors
Demonstrated experience in raising significant funds for the advancement of a nonprofit organization
Experience in establishing and strengthening relationships with corporations and an understanding of corporate/business culture and landscape, that result in exceeding revenue targets
Requires reliable transportation and a flexible schedule as early morning, evening, weekend, and occasional holiday hours will be required, specifically Thanksgiving morning
Valid Colorado Driver's License and evidence of insurability

Preferred

A background in communications, sales, business, marketing, or another relevant field is helpful
Any combination of relevant experiences will be considered
