Responsibilities

Develop and execute campaigns that support lead generation, brand awareness, and sales enablement
Manage and grow media / LinkedIn presence, web presence, including content creation and scheduling across all relevant channels
Organize and manage logistics for industry-specific conferences we attend or sponsor, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, travel, branding, and post-event follow-up
Create and maintain high-quality sales materials including:
Company and sales presentations
Commercial proposal templates
Digital business cards, CVs, Resumes
Ensure brand consistency and professional presentation across all client-facing assets
Develop creative ideas and tactics for generating qualified leads
Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights

Qualification

Required

5–10 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or operations within fintech, trading IT or energy trading
Industry Background: Fintech and/or Energy Trading and/or Trading IT
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience in startup or scale-up environments, with a hands-on approach to building processes and assets from scratch
Experience coordinating international teams and events
Familiarity with coordinating marketing/conference events, brand management and sales enablement
A proactive mindset with a passion for operational excellence and brand building
