Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire sales process—from identifying opportunities to closing deals—to facilitate profitability and long-term growth
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through disciplined forecasting and structured account planning
Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored, high-value solutions that address customer needs

Required

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
At least six years of experience in the ICT industry, with three years in end-to-end or solution sales roles
Expertise in domains such as Managed Services, IT or Telecom Supply Chain, Sourcing, Cloud, and BSS/OSS infrastructure
Proven consultative sales capabilities and strong understanding of Hyperscaler networks and compute infrastructure
Experience working with Hyperscaler customers, with insights into the market and expertise in negotiations
Skills in value-based selling, leveraging supply chain expertise and Ericsson's global reach to meet customer requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and product teams effectively
Strong record of exceeding targets and objectives
Self-driven, respectful negotiator, and confident multitasker
Exceptional presentation skills, with high proficiency in both verbal and written communication
