Responsibilities
Assist with warehouse distribution tasks including administrative/clerk in the shipping and receiving department
May at times operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, EPJ-pallet jacks, cranes, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move materials safely
Support warehouse management operations for accurate inventory tracking and order processing in the shipping and receiving departments
When needed participate in the loading and unloading of trucks using appropriate equipment like forklifts and clamp trucks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote safety and productivity
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion all admin work in the shipping receiving office
Qualification
Required
Proactive and detail-oriented
Ability to assist with warehouse distribution tasks including administrative/clerk in the shipping and receiving department
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, EPJ-pallet jacks, cranes, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move materials safely
Support warehouse management operations for accurate inventory tracking and order processing in the shipping and receiving departments
Participate in the loading and unloading of trucks using appropriate equipment like forklifts and clamp trucks when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote safety and productivity
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all admin work in the shipping receiving office
Strong physical ability for heavy lifting and long periods of standing or walking throughout shifts
Preferred
Prior warehouse administrative experience or similar logistics roles
Experience operating heavy equipment
Previous experience in shipping & receiving or materials handling roles is advantageous
