Responsibilities
Must have IRS-MBI clearance and be willing to travel to New Carrollton, MD office
Expert facilitating meetings to gather requirements that support the business process transformation, in collaboration with business/IT stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to satisfy the needs of both the client organization and the customer
Experience with BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) and delivering business process flows, use cases and other deliverables
Experience developing and presenting BA materials to different audiences (i.e. technical stakeholders, business stakeholders, other)
Experience conducting business research/interviews in support of business capabilities/features
Experience with the design and implementation of enterprise-level applications and application platforms
Experience with the design of complex IT solutions involving multiple software applications, processing platforms, and integration software
Certified Pega Lead Business Architect
BA or BS degree

5+ years of Pega BA experience in a lead role on a large-scale business process transformation program
Expert facilitating meetings to gather requirements that support the business process transformation, in collaboration with business/IT stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to satisfy the needs of both the client organization and the customer
Experience with BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) and delivering business process flows, use cases and other deliverables
Experience developing and presenting BA materials to different audiences (i.e. technical stakeholders, business stakeholders, other)

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of out of box functionality and Pega implementation best practices
Experience with designing, configuring, and building processes in Pega, including shared frameworks
