Sales Administrator I
Motorola Solutions is a global community focused on enhancing public safety through advanced communication technologies. The Sales Administrator I will assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Responsibilities
Support with managing individual team’s inbox to ensure timely response to inquiries
Receive, process, and confirm customer purchase orders
Enter sales orders accurately and efficiently into the CRM system
Collect and verify detailed end-user information for each order
Handle FCC Authorization Forms for US-based orders
Partner with Senior Sales Administrators to manage the complete order lifecycle from receipt to fulfillment
Communicate with customers via email and phone to address inquiries and provide updates
Serve as a liaison among various departments, including finance, shipping, and supply chain
Provide customers with timely updates on the status of their orders
Manage customer requests for order modifications or cancellations
Escalate high-priority tasks to senior staff with analysis and recommended actions
Assist with any other ad-hoc task assigned by leads/managers to support the team as necessary
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience supporting a sales team in a tech-related or manufacturing field
Basic experience or exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for managing and tracking customer and sales data
Proficiency in numeracy
Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, experiencing multiple deadlines
Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Gmail or Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent and effective oral and written communication
