Responsibilities
Lead and develop treasury professionals; serve as the go-to treasury partner for the broader finance organization
Own daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity strategy across multiple entities
Build and manage rolling cash flow forecasts and executive-level cash reporting
Evaluate and execute approved investment strategies for excess operating cash
Manage foreign currency exposure, including analysis and execution of FX transactions
Oversee bank relationships, including fee analysis, negotiations, and service optimization
Ensure compliance with debt agreements, investment policies, and credit arrangements
Maintain treasury system controls, user access, and banking platform integrity
Oversee bank account structures, authorized signers, and related documentation
Manage letters of credit, performance bonds, and related instruments
Identify opportunities to improve controls, efficiency, and risk management as the business scales
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field)
5+ years of progressive treasury experience, including people leadership
Experience managing investments and operating in a multi-currency environment
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and comfort operating with limited hand-holding
Preferred
CTP strongly preferred
