Design, lead, and deliver complex pilot and validation programmes across multiple operational environments
Plan and execute technology testing in real-world conditions
Combine hands-on engineering with structured experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and operational leadership
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in testing, pilot operations, process engineering, or technical site environments
Proven experience designing and executing test plans, trials, or validation programmes for complex systems or technologies
Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues during live testing
Experience working with engineers, technicians, contractors, and cross-functional teams
Ability to translate technical objectives into structured test methodologies, procedures, and measurable outcomes
Comfortable working independently in fast-changing or ambiguous environments
Strong organisational and communication skills, including working across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Willingness to spend extended periods on-site during test campaigns, with occasional international travel
Preferred
Experience with first-of-a-kind technology, scale-up, or pilot/demo environments
Exposure to large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or complex technical systems
Experience developing test protocols, SOPs, risk assessments, FMEA, or data collection frameworks
Prior experience in early-stage or high-growth technology companies
