Responsibilities
Assist in-house counsel with administrative tasks, pre-litigation and litigation matters, and responding to legal requests
Conduct fact investigations related to pre-litigation matters and filed lawsuits, and assist with corresponding document collection
Prepare memoranda and summaries of factual research and make recommendations to supervising attorneys
Liaise with internal and external counsel on a day-to-day basis
Organize and maintain a variety of legal files and information
Qualification
Required
Ability to assist in-house counsel with administrative tasks, pre-litigation and litigation matters, and responding to legal requests
Ability to conduct fact investigations related to pre-litigation matters and filed lawsuits, and assist with corresponding document collection
Skilled in preparing memoranda and summaries of factual research and make recommendations to supervising attorneys
Able to liaise with internal and external counsel on a day-to-day basis
Skilled in organizing and maintaining a variety of legal files and information
Candidates must be able to work full-time
The work will be performed remotely
Company's preferred pricing model is weekly with a budget of up to $2,000 per week
Candidates will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) for the duration of the engagement
