Senior Contract Administrator
Hunter Hamilton is a globally recognized, innovation-driven organization at the forefront of clinical research and medical advancement. They are seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to enable clinical research by preparing, reviewing, and negotiating clinical study agreements and related documents while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
Prepare clinical study agreements and related documents (e.g., hospital use agreements, device purchase agreements) using company-approved templates for studies conducted globally
Review and evaluate redlines and revisions from clinical sites, applying established contracting practices and procedures
Identify and escalate contractual issues as needed, collaborating with Legal, Risk Management, Clinical, and other internal stakeholders to drive resolution
Manage and prioritize a high volume of contracts in a deadline-driven environment
Partner closely with Clinical teams, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and Global Clinical Operations support teams
Ensure agreements are properly executed and accurately uploaded into the contract management system
Maintain organized contract records and collaboration spaces (contract management system and Microsoft Teams)
Qualification
Required
Clinical contracting experience (required)
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience OR High school diploma/GED or associate degree with 7+ years of related experience, preferably within the legal function of a medical device or pharmaceutical organization
Strong understanding of clinical study contract terms and conditions
Ability to read, redline, and negotiate contracts using a practical, business-minded approach
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools
Preferred
Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
