The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure compliance with HACCP, SSOP, Animal Welfare, and GMP programs while performing inspections and audits of products to adhere to company and USDA guidelines.

Responsibilities
Inspect and audit products for adherence of Tecumseh Poultry and USDA guidelines
Data collection and record keeping activities
Performs all necessary SSOP monitoring and completes all paperwork
Perform necessary HACCP monitoring of the birds and completes necessary paperwork
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate FSQA standards with production associates, maintenance associates, USDA, management and other FSQA techs
Ability to work safely and effectively
Ability to work efficiently at a fast pace; managing time while meeting scheduling requirements
Must be able to work independently and make decisions
Willingness to function as part of a team and work toward team goals
Eagerness to learn new ideas
Preparedness to assist in other areas of production and work overtime as required
