Responsibilities
Execute web content updates for live pages, including copy, images, and layout changes
Build and update new web pages within the CMS as requested by marketing partners
Manage and claim work through Jira tickets , ensuring timely and accurate completion
Collaborate with marketing partners to gather, upload, and manage creative assets (images, documents, personalized content)
Upload and maintain content and assets within the Content Management System (CMS)
Support personalized digital experiences , including obtaining and deploying tailored creative assets
Communicate clearly and consistently via Slack and email with cross-functional teams
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all published web content
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in web content management (CMS-based environments)
Strong comfort working in Jira to manage and execute ticketed work
Experience collaborating with marketing partners and cross-functional teams
Highly detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through
Comfortable working remotely and independently during EST business hours
Preferred
Current or former contractor experience is a strong plus
