Responsibilities
Key player in the implementation of Oracle EPM used by the Finance Department
They are live and are nearing the end of the implementation phase, need help with full system utilization and training the FP&A teams on usage
Build out Dashboards and reports development
Set up best in class processes for use of various systems to cut down time, data validation, use of data, etc
Own the administration, updates and usage of the Oracle EPM platform
Ensure the efficiency, accuracy and reliability of primary financial and controls systems
Will partner with many parts of the business, strong presentation skills - need to be able to speak "tech" to finance teams and leaders
Qualification
Required
BS in Accounting, Finance, General Business, IT or closely related field
Understanding of Finance department, what they do and how they use systems, basic understanding of forecasting/budgeting and how data moves through systems
2+ years of experience in Oracle EPM
Preferred
Experience in system implementation and management
Experience as a business partner to Accounting/Finance
Strength in Systems and/or been on implementation teams
