Responsibilities

Administering incoming / outgoing legal contracts
Apply company procedures, corporate goals and objectives to the various phases in the contract negotiation process
Drafting, revising, negotiating, and finalizing all standard form contracts and master service agreements, intellectual property agreements, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, product and technology licenses, transportation contracts and access agreements
Manage the full cycle of contract administration

Contracts administrationCommercial contracts experienceMaster service agreementsParalegal certificationBachelor's Degree

Required

4+ years of in-house contracts administration / commercial contracts experience in the oil, drilling, oilfield, construction, or chemical industries
Experience with master service agreements, vendor agreements, purchase / sale agreements, confidentiality agreements, and general contracts
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the United States

Preferred

Paralegal certification preferred, but not required
