Responsibilities

Serve as a leader within the Individual Market Active business, collaborating with Growth, Carrier, Technology, and Accounts leaders to shape the overall strategic direction
Help drive the administration strategy for WTW’s ICHRA benefit and Individual Marketplace enrollment solution, including ongoing enhancements to our technology and capabilities
Contribute to the development of new tools, processes, and quality standards to streamline future client implementations and improve scalability
Build and lead a team of ICHRA administration professionals focused on client onboarding, reporting, and call center strategy
Lead ICHRA implementations for new clients by understanding the full scope of each solution and acting as the central liaison across internal teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful delivery
Partner with shared services teams across the broader Individual Marketplace business to translate client needs into ICHRA administration requirements for technology, account management, carrier operations, and enrollment functions
Work closely with WTW’s Health & Welfare Outsourcing team—and other administrators as needed—to define eligibility, data ingestion, communications, SSO, and all integration points required for effective ICHRA administration
Develop and document handling procedures for qualified life events, including impacts on the ICHRA benefit, individual marketplace enrollment, and compliance with COBRA and other applicable regulations
Identify opportunities to streamline and strengthen integration points across systems and functions
Promote open communication and cross-team awareness by fostering a culture where client issues are addressed collaboratively and cross-functional items do not fall through the cracks
Maintain contextual awareness of each client’s benefits strategy to ensure administration considerations are anticipated and addressed early

Required

Experience and success in leading group health and welfare benefits and/or outsourcing engagements, including regulatory/compliance requirements such as qualified life events/COBRA and HIPAA (direct ICHRA experience not required)
Track record of success in managing large client relationships and leading cross-functional teams
Actively assemble and mentor resources into a high-performing team
Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
Polished and well-developed written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed
An undergraduate degree is required
