Responsibilities
Support project managers in developing project plans, timelines, schedules, and documentation
Assist with tracking project progress and updating reports to communicate milestones and performance metrics
Participate in project team meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items
Help coordinate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders
Conduct research and compile data that supports project decision-making and continuous improvement
Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies to real-world project delivery
Assist in preparing presentations and status updates for JLL and Dell leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 2–3 years completed, majoring in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced professional setting
Permanent U.S. work authorization is required
Preferred
Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
Interest in construction or real estate development projects
Interest in sustainable building practices or LEED certification
