Senior LevelNAM Info Inc is looking for an Oracle Utility Customer Care and Billing Functional Testing Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities for applications. The role involves developing and implementing test strategies, ensuring compliance with QA best practices, and leading a testing team to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities
Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects
Develop and implement test strategies| test plans| and test cases applications
Ensure comprehensive functional| integration| regression| performance| and UAT testing
Validate APIs| services| and map layers through manual and automated test cases
Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application performance
Work closely with developers| business analysts| and teams to align testing activities with project requirements
Identify| document| and track defects using JIRA| HP ALM| or similar tools
Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging| ensuring timely resolution
Ensure compliance with QA best practices| testing standards| and utility industry regulations
Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders
Lead and mentor a testing team| ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
Coordinate with internal teams| third-party vendors| and offshore units to execute test cycles smoothly
Engage in client discussions| requirement analysis| and testing sign-offs to ensure business expectations are met
Qualification
Required
Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects
Must have experience with CCB EDI
Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases applications
Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing
