Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through closure
Track progress against approved baselines and proactively address schedule variances
Ensure deliverables meet defined scope, quality, and acceptance criteria
Identify, document, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
Develop and execute mitigation and contingency strategies
Continuously monitor risks and escalate critical issues as needed
Maintain accurate risk and issue logs
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
Gather and manage requirements to ensure alignment with objectives
Provide regular project status updates, including risks and milestones
Proactively manage expectations and support decision-making
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DBAs, infrastructure, and IT support
Foster collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
Resolve conflicts and ensure role clarity and accountability
Develop and manage project budgets
Track expenditures and forecast costs to prevent overruns
Optimize resource allocation to meet project timelines
Provide accurate financial and resource reporting to leadership
Ensure testing and validation activities meet quality and performance standards
Oversee QA processes to confirm functional and technical compliance
Maintain comprehensive project documentation to support audit readiness and knowledge transfer
Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams
Promote accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Apply analytical thinking to resolve complex challenges
Adapt to changing requirements and priorities
Make data-driven decisions under pressure
Effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities
Ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and execution
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Experience managing data-centric or system migration projects
Familiarity with formal project management methodologies and governance frameworks
Experience working in enterprise or public-sector environments
