Responsibilities

General upkeep of all common property and facilities
Picking up debris around the property and removal of trash
Keep property, landscaping, and management office clean by inspecting the property daily
Perform preventative tasks as necessary
Replace lightbulbs in common areas
Perform light painting duties as necessary
Give progress updates on work orders and daily tasks and coordinate with on-site team
Other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager

Required

H.S Diploma is required
Highly reliable and punctual
Strong work ethic
Detail-oriented
Strong time management
Groundskeeping experience (preferably in a condo, HOA, or residential setting)
