Responsibilities
Install, maintain and repair mechanical systems, including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Pneumatic systems
Maintain, repair and replace heat pumps and steam boilers when necessary with or without assistance
Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation
Remove and install new HVAC systems when applicable
Provide support and expertise in all areas of Facility Operations and Engineering
Qualification
Required
10-15 years of Mechanical experience
Excellent customer service skills for effective interaction with employees
Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment or individually
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation
Preferred
Master Mechanical certification preferred
Experience in Commercial HVAC, minimum of 5 years preferred
