Be a production leader throughout the plant, overseeing lines and personnel to maximize output
Be a positive change agent to produce a best in class manufacturing process
Minimize manufacturing waste and production costs, through P&L management, while optimizing production output and profitability
Coordinate and meet with customers as needed to maintain relationships, and ensure successful fulfillment of orders both in quality and with JIT methodology
Qualification
Required
extensive experience within a corrugate packaging facility
7+ years of leadership inside of corrugate industry, preferably with a converting facility (paper to box)
Technical degree with a disciplined in Engineering or related field
7+ years of industry leadership experience
Preferred
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
