Customer Care Manager – B2B
Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to lead a high-performing B2B customer service team within a growing manufacturing environment. This role involves managing customer interactions and ensuring effective communication across various teams while providing exceptional customer experiences to business clients.
Responsibilities
Oversee all B2B customer service functions, including price quote administration, order processing, and system data accuracy
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns, complex order issues, and technical product inquiries
Ensure prompt communication of order status, fulfillment challenges, and changes to both internal teams and customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Accounting, and Sales to resolve issues and improve processes
Lead, mentor, and develop the customer care team, providing training, feedback, and performance management
Drive a culture of proactive problem-solving and exceptional service in every customer interaction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or OEM B2B environment
Proven leadership experience managing a customer service or inside sales team
Strong track record in customer relationship management with business clients
Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to pivot quickly in response to evolving priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP experience preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills
