Research, identify, and develop new client accounts aligned with Call Quest Solution’s service offerings
Proactively generate new business through personal networks, outbound outreach, and market research
Own and manage relationships with newly acquired clients as the primary point of contact
Build long-term partnerships to drive repeat and ongoing business
Collaborate closely with internal recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction
Drive consistent pipeline development and meet/exceed revenue targets
Qualification
Required
Business development, sales, or client acquisition professionals
Individuals with strong industry networks or proven lead-generation and closing capability
