Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating the workflow of various Human Resource functions at the Site level
Interacts with management, employees and other HR staff to assist with daily department activities as well as special projects
Assists in the delivery of human resources programs and services to a designated client service group or site
Self-starter, able to anticipate problem areas and respond appropriately
Must adhere to professional and accurate communication styles at all times in all interactions
Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently and change activities/focus quickly as needs dictate
Qualification
Required
Associates degree required
2 years of experience in customer orientated office environment required in lieu of Bachelor's degree
