Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining relationships with architects and designers
Promoting DesignOneSource products
Supporting the specification of materials into residential and commercial projects
Conducting product presentations
Offering technical product support
Collaborating with the sales and distribution teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Knowledge and experience in Building Materials and the Architecture and Design community, understanding their applications and trends in the industry
Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and strategies for tracking and managing client interactions
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to effectively support clients and stakeholders
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment
Preferred
Knowledge of the design and construction industry is highly preferred
