They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Growth Manager to oversee operations and support growth in the Jacksonville - Daytona, FL region, balancing operational oversight with new business development.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned commercial cleaning accounts across the Jacksonville – Daytona region
Lead client onboarding and service launches, including scheduling and conducting orientation meetings to ensure a smooth start of service
Perform regular field inspections, quality audits, and site visits to confirm compliance with scopes of work and service standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns; investigate, document, and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
Manage vendor and cleaning crew performance, providing direction, feedback, and corrective action when service expectations are not met
Ensure consistent communication between DBS, vendors, and clients to maintain service continuity and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records in the company CRM, including service changes, inspections, communications, and billing updates
Manage the full sales cycle for assigned prospects, from initial contact through contract execution
Attend and prepare for qualified sales appointments provided by the company
Develop proposals, participate in in-person meetings and conduct follow-ups with prospective clients
Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities using the company CRM
Travel throughout the Jacksonville - Daytona region to support both operational needs and new business opportunities

Required

Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and execute work flow documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to conduct effective site walks and assess square footage, traffic levels, and scope of work
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and vendors
Ability to translate operational requirements into accurate, competitive pricing
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role
Time management and follow-up discipline to deliver quotes promptly and effectively
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Valid driver's license, access to a Wi-Fi signal and reliable transportation
