Responsibilities
Oversee daily practice operations - manage scheduling, patient flow, staffing, and clinic efficiency to ensure smooth pre-op, surgical, and post-op processes
Support the surgical team - coordinate with surgeons, providers, and clinical staff to optimize patient experience and operational performance
Drive business performance - manage budgets, track KPIs, and improve conversion and patient retention rates
Lead and develop the team - hire, train, and coach both front-office and clinical support staff
Ensure compliance - maintain all medical, OSHA, HIPAA, and facility standards
Deliver exceptional patient experience - handle escalations professionally and uphold Sweetgrass’ commitment to compassionate care
Collaborate on marketing and scheduling initiatives to ensure provider availability and awareness of surgical services
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a plastic surgery practice (not just aesthetics or spa)
Proven ability to manage clinical operations, surgical scheduling, and patient care coordination
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience managing budgets, staffing, and KPIs in a medical setting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
