Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of spending for the organization, including but not limited to expense, headcount, and capital management, forecast, monthly re-commit, variance analysis, monthly close, and management reporting
Consolidate and provide input and analysis on key expense trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities while ensuring a high degree of accuracy
Conduct qualitative analysis to trend present and future operational performance
Prepare executive presentations to review results and forecasts with management and business partners
Support ad hoc initiatives and business cases
Qualification
Required
Manage all aspects of spending for the organization, including but not limited to expense, headcount, and capital management, forecast, monthly re-commit, variance analysis, monthly close, and management reporting
Consolidate and provide input and analysis on key expense trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities while ensuring a high degree of accuracy
Conduct qualitative analysis to trend present and future operational performance
Prepare executive presentations to review results and forecasts with management and business partners
Support ad hoc initiatives and business cases
Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across different functions, managing aggressive deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong financial analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills are a must
Team focused with excellent interpersonal skills
Systems and tools skills required: SmartView, Oracle Cloud, Excel and other Microsoft Suite Applications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 5-7 years of relevant experience
Preferred
MBA preferred but not required
