Responsibilities
Lead the development of Humana's cloud operations strategy and governance framework
Establish roadmaps for Cloud Production Operations to align with enterprise goals
Oversee operational planning and budget management across multi-cloud environments
Collaborate with internal teams and Managed Service Providers to ensure service excellence
Define ITIL/ITSM frameworks to promote continuous improvement in operations
Drive integration of AI capabilities within infrastructure operations to enhance performance
Ensure operational compliance with healthcare regulations and promote financial transparency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
10+ years of infrastructure operations or engineering experience, including 2+ years leading AI/ML or GenAI R D
Experience managing NOC or Command Center teams responsible for 24/7 systems availability
Advanced knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
Expertise in cloud monitoring, observability, and incident response tools
Hands-on experience with automation and scripting tools like Terraform or Python
Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles applied in enterprises
