Responsibilities
As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle
You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support the project
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
Expert proficiency in PTC FlexPLM is required
Advanced proficiency in Java Spring is recommended, along with advanced proficiency in Software Quality Assurance
Lead the design and implementation of innovative software solutions that meet project requirements
Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance
Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency and quality
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team
Lead the design and architecture of FlexPLM solutions for new implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Define system landscape, integration points (ERP, CAD, PLM, DAM, PIM, etc.), and data flow across enterprise systems
Provide technical oversight during solution development, customization, and deployment
FlexPLM upgrade and system administration experience
Experience integrating FlexPLM with ERP, PLM, CAD, PIM, or DAM systems
Qualification
Required
Expert proficiency in PTC FlexPLM is required
Advanced proficiency in Java Spring is recommended
Advanced proficiency in Software Quality Assurance
PTC Flex PLM, FlexPLM infra / system admin exp – rehosting, cloning, cluster env setup, upgrade, monitoring
Years of experience needed: 7-10
Lead the design and architecture of FlexPLM solutions for new implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Define system landscape, integration points (ERP, CAD, PLM, DAM, PIM, etc.), and data flow across enterprise systems
