Responsibilities
Collaborate with vendors on software upgrades and manage server and application side support to ensure system performance and reliability
Provide technical support for HVAC, building automation, key card systems, fleet management, and backflow software
Manage application upgrades, apply patches, and perform version testing in controlled environments to maintain stability
Perform SQL (basic to intermediate) to query, validate, and report on application data, supporting system accuracy and business operations
Work with a variety of enterprise business applications, including ERP, finance, HR/payroll, permitting, utility billing, public safety, and document management systems
Oversee the software and hardware infrastructure needed to operate enterprise systems, including server monitoring and maintenance
Qualification
