Responsibilities
Lead, manage, design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of AI solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and workflows
Qualification
Required
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and Azure
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or JavaScript
Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support model training, evaluation, and deployment
Proficient in Azure Cognitive Services (Language, Vision, Speech, Decision APIs), Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Search, and Azure Bot Services, with experience designing, deploying, and managing AI solutions within the Azure ecosystem
Preferred
Familiarity with containers / orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes or Azure equivalents), CI/CD, versioning, model deployment
